Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, they’ll be delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in customers location.
In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.

This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
